Senior Legal Manager Full Time

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and project teams on all real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, JV agreements, and construction contracts.
• Manage all legal aspects of land acquisition, due diligence, title clearance, zoning, and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws, including RERA, municipal codes, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution related to property disputes, regulatory issues, or contractual claims.
• Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies, SOPs, and risk management protocols.
• Provide legal training and updates to internal teams on real estate legal developments and compliance requirements.
