Legal Manager Full Time

1. Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property laws and regulations.
4. Negotiation of property transactions, including terms and conditions.
5. Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
6. Assist in resolving property disputes and litigation.
7. Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and sales.
8. Develop and update legal policies and procedures related to real estate.
