Key Responsibilities:
* Calling and converting inbound & outbound leads into active business clients
* Understanding client manpower requirements and coordinating with the delivery team
* Managing client relationships and ensuring repeat business
* Achieving monthly revenue targets
* Maintaining lead tracker, pipeline reports, and review MIS
Handle end-to-end execution of staffing and bulk hiring mandates
Manage client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
Coordinate with internal recruiters and external partners to close positions efficiently
Build client confidence by demonstrating strong delivery capability
Ensure quality of candidates and adherence to timelines
Track and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
Maintain strong follow-ups and reporting discipline
Act as a bridge between Business Development and Delivery teams
