Production Engineer Full Time NEW

∙Ensure shopfloor operates safely for all employees.
∙Ensure all work meets TS 16949 requirements
∙Ensure 100% compliance to internal and external accreditation standards (including TS 16949 and
internal standards).
∙Ensure compliance to local and NSK business policies.
∙Work with Human Resources to cultivate a development plan for operators and cell leaders.
∙Be conscious of production cost.
∙Be responsible for direct and indirect material issued to shopfloor accounting as per SCM needs
∙Support new product launches as per milestone needs, tooling trials for NPD / localization efforts.
∙Be responsible for rejection / scrap review and analysis with disposition actions.
∙Ensuring regular preventive maintenance of machines to ensure smooth running in the shift.
∙Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M
expenditures and work within the budget. Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes.
∙Conduct periodic Process Audit to identify abnormality of the process and driving action through the team
